About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to help teachers and centers get the most out of Upkid. You’ll handle support inquiries via phone, text, and email, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions.
What You’ll Do
-Respond to customer questions and issues across multiple channels
-Troubleshoot and guide users through technical problems
-Collaborate with other departments to find quick, effective solutions
-Keep detailed records of interactions and feedback
What We’re Looking For
-1+ years in customer support or a similar role preferred
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Patient, empathetic, and tech-savvy
-Experience with Zendesk or similar tools a plus
-Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
